Bio:

I was born on August 23, 1978. I am married to a wonderful wife, Laura Yvette, and have two children, Karisa Liana and Isaac Hezekiah. I am blessed that my children have grandparents that are full time ministers and have a heart for the lost. I am passionate about connecting this generation with God. We accomplish this by Motivating, Educating, and Activating.

I have worked with non-profit organizations since 1993 and have since trained, coached, and developed leaders and their teams.

My wife and I are the founders and directors of Alliance Youth Ministries and serve as Associate Pastors. We want to make a positive impact in our community.

I believe that leadership is a privilege but also a responsibility. This is why we must surround ourselves by leaders who will challenge us to stretch and grow.

I would like to help you reach your purpose and goals through an intentional plan of development. Working together through accountability we can facilitate positive and profitable change, improve productivity and create the atmosphere that is necessary for effective leadership.

Contact me. I am looking forward to assisting you on your journey to becoming a successful leader.
